Dental Awareness Camp
On July 4, 2026, a Dental Awareness Camp was successfully organized at Prabhu Nagar, Kavundampalayam, aimed at promoting oral health and hygiene among the younger generation. Spearheaded by Vimuktha Federation Leaders Mrs. Ramlath, Mrs. Jayaprabha, and Mrs. Amutha, the initiative specifically targeted local Children’s Club Members to instill positive dental habits from an early age. The event saw an enthusiastic turnout, with a total attendance of 60 children who actively participated in the educational sessions and health screenings. ​A comprehensive Dental Awareness Camp was organized at Prabhu Nagar, Kavundampalayam, focusing on educating the young members of the local Children's Club about oral health. The event was smoothly coordinated by Vimuktha Federation leaders Mrs. Ramlath, Mrs. Jayaprabha, and Mrs. Amutha, who ensured maximum participation and proper arrangements for the session. ​Key Highlights & Session Details ​The medical session was led by Dr. Visaali, who engaged the children with interactive demonstrations and easy-to-understand explanations on dental hygiene. The core focus areas of the awareness camp included: ​The Importance of Brushing: Dr. Visaali explained why brushing twice a day (morning and night) is crucial to prevent plaque buildup, cavities, and bad breath.

Empowering Health and Celebrating Womanhood: International Women’s Day 2026
On March 18, 2026, our community came together for a vibrant International Women’s Day celebration led by Dr. Amsaveni. The event was filled with laughter, energy, and sisterhood as over 70 enthusiastic women participated in a variety of classic, fun-filled games. From the focus and balance required in the lemon and spoon race to the high-spirited teamwork of throwball and the musical chairs showdown, the day was a beautiful reminder of the joy, strength, and resilience that women bring into our lives every single day.
Beyond the fun and games, the event took a crucial step toward proactive community wellness by organizing a dedicated health and blood sugar checking camp. Recognizing that health is a woman’s greatest wealth, Dr. Amsaveni and the medical team provided specialized screening and counseling to help participants understand their metabolic health. With diabetes and lifestyle-related conditions on the rise, this camp offered 70 women immediate insight into their sugar levels, empowering them with practical medical guidance to prevent future complications and manage their well-being confidently.
The true highlight of the day was its focus on passing care down to the next generation, bridging the gap between health education and practical support. To support menstrual hygiene and break societal taboos, the initiative distributed 70 napkin packets specifically to the younger girls in attendance. By combining physical health tracking, reproductive hygiene resources, and joyful community bonding, Dr. Amsaveni’s program created a lasting, holistic impact—leaving our young girls and women feeling deeply valued, educated, and equipped to lead healthier lives.

It conducted games and distributed prizes, provided free BP and sugar tests, and organized health awareness camps for all participants.
